hi
Hi,my names matt, just a quick hello, joined this site after a recomendation from a friend as im trying to solve a few mysteries about my late granfathers service in the second world war, im sure the deeper i dig the less i will know though.

Yeah, i thought that to, but can find no trace of him? and its not just me thats tried. tried with service number and even his POW number.

Try Ancestry.com they have all the medal cards that go back years as well as the signing on papers. Below is the sort of stuff you can find on there
