Can anyone help me?

Hi. I have a friend that's in the Parachute Regiment and I haven't been able to reach him. I'm starting to get a bit worried because he never disappears like this. Even if we don't get to speak for some time, he always lets me know what's going on. Last I heard from him (10/9) he was leaving Kenya and going back to England, but sometimes he gets called on last minute assignments so I don't know where he is or if he's okay. I don't live in England and I don't have his family's contact information. His name is Dxxxx Patrickson, he's in 1Para and I think his "number" is xxxx49. Maybe it's stupid of me to be asking these things so soon (it's been about a month) but I don't know what to do. I imagine that, if something happened to him while he was away with the army, I would probably know about it in the army's website, but if something bad happened to him that's not related to the military itself I guess I wouldn't. I'm hoping that he's just on some operation or something and can't contact me and that he will when he comes back, but I keep imagining the worst scenario possible and I don't know who to speak to. He'll probably laugh at me when he comes back for being worried, but I can't help it.

If anyone can give me some information about him or who I should reach out to, I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, I know. I'm not too worried about that, I guess I would know if anything happened through the website. I'm worried about the things that wouldn't get published... say, if he got into a car accident or something. I don't want to know where he is if he's abroad, I just want to know that he's okay. He tried to call me a few weeks ago, maybe he was trying to tell me he'd be gone, but I only saw it later and when I tried to call back it didn't work. I think he was based near Taunton, but I'm not sure. Is there anyone I can contact?

1 Para is based just out side Cardiff on a RAF Station. Have you ever seen him in uniform ??

Yeah. I know he lives in Somerset and the camp is about 1h30min away. I don't know where exactly. Anyways, I'll keep looking for some contact information. Thanks.

Odds on if he lives of camp he is probably married, other wise he would live in the barracks as they are on call and can be every few months on a six hour stand by and have to stay in the barracks.

He lives in the camp during the week but goes back home to see his son on the weekends.
