(TA) SAS Selection

hi all, im doing (TA)SAS selection soon and need a good per of boots well a few per’s really i really like the look of the Gsg9 Adidas Classic boot would they be suitable for the terrain (Brecon Beacons) and training? and also the newer version is the gsg9.2 in black i will get them both if there suitable ,thenks

you'll end up with issued boots for training anyway unless things have drastically changed.

hi Ares-God of War, its 23 mate and just had sum good news from them to. got pre selection this weekend and wen i get back ill be parading/training with them on a more regular basis wile preparing for selection

Hello, dont know how the TA work but when i went for my pre selection(for SRR) i wasn't allowed to use non issued boots and i have nice blisters to show for it. Also, i didn't think you could train with special forces until you've passed atleast the pre selection? This sounds funny to me, anyway hope you have a head for heights for pre selection.

Any boots that you buy or that are new make sure you have worn them in well to prevent blisters

boot is your last worry,if you are asking this kind of question i would think you are not experienced enough for special forces

eye well i passed! im now training with 23 MONGO'S!
