To include (but not limited to) Running, other cardio work and gym sessions either outside or in local gym if you want.
Intelligent training schedule: to get motivated and fit without getting in the way of daily life.
Also wanted: suitable wall on which to attach a prefossil chin / pull-up bar as used by the fitness freaks. (Or we could make a kind of Japanese temple gate to do pull ups from)
Anyone into this routine as a precursor to joining / rejoining or prior to expedition etc, just hit me up and we'll try to get a posse together.
