Need help or advice. (joining paras)

Post by Ion »

Hello there to all of you who are reading this topic.
I don't know any other place where can I ask for any kind of help or advice, so I decided to look for it here.
So the question is:
How do I join British Parachute Regiment or a Royal Army, if I am not a British citizen?
I would fit all the physical, mental and health requirments for it. Even more I have about ten jumps from different heights begining with 2400 feet and ending up with 4500. (but well, uh, they were made with russian airborn chutes like D5 and D6)
But the main problem is that I'm not a citizen.
But i really want to serve at the Britsh Armed Forces.
By the way my age is 18.
Thanks for your answers.

Just give passports a ring on 0300 222 0000 and they'll give you another number to ring and you'l get it from there, it only takes a few months as far as I know.

No, if you have a british passport then you can join, However if you have not lived in the UK for at least five years then your security check wont be high enough to get any technical trades ie Infantry only!!!
