Taster selection, 16th june , anyone???

Any one from the newport AFCO on here going on the 16th of june???

I guess your 'taster' selection is what the Notts AFCO call a 'pre selection' I know only a few AFCOs do them but in my opionion all should do them it was a really good insight into what we would be doing in selection.

Best of luck with it mate, The thing I found hardest was the 150m walk with the jerry cans, f@#k knows why everyone else found it piss easy, And Im quite a big guy.

i was suppose to be on it m8 although i am not from the same AFCO, i was unable to make it as i got jumped on saturday night and was forced to go to the hospital today to make sure my cheek bone was not fractured or broken and all was good its just soft tissue damage but i am in some pain theres no way i could have done the pre selection anyways
