training programme

Hi lads just wondering if someone could help me please? Not long ago I saw a post on here and it had a 16 week training programme it had loads of good comments but I forgot to print it off. Could anyone re-direct me to it please. Thanks for the help. To the lads who joining para reg all the best, to the guys who are currently serving and who have served THANKYOU you are the BEST
