haha dont be silly..
The learning curb is going to be steep mate, forget about these 1.5 mile runs you do and increase them to 3 miles etc..
just keep on top of your pressups situps and pulls and i think you will manage!

(circuit training is also good to do)

you have more then 6 weeks to burn right? try these out!

Good luck mate..

You want to be running more then 3 mile. Should be out running for a minimum of 40 minutes. Mix it up with hills etc. Dont beast yourself because you might get injured, you will gradually get fitter.

Whilst trying not to undermine the army's selection proccess, ADSC is a piece of pish for anyone who has put the training in beforehand.

The real selection is at catterick.

Spot on mate, they class ADSC as a 30 hour interview.. just do as they say and pass the 1.5 mile run and your in!

Don't worry about the training mate, just make the most of:

1. spending as much time in your bed as posible
2. having more than 4 hours (max) sleep
3. not ironing anything for a while
4. using your first name, and not being called 'Joe'
5. put your hands in your pockets as much as you can
6. sloutch and lean up against as many walls as you can find
7. long, hot showers
8. not doing press up's 99.99% of the day
9. taking your time to enjoy and eat a meal
10. not cleaning any flat surface you can find

It's not that bad really...... it's worse!! lol :D

But get ready to:

1. meet some of your best mates possible
2. being extramly fit
3. having the best sense of acheivement you have ever felt
4. learning so much about yourself you never knew possible!

just make the most of:

11. NOT having to put up with Kevin & Perry type mongs, who are straight out of school and dont know what an iron is - let alone how to use one -24/7

12.NOT having to be beasted till your eyeballs bleed or have the 'hair dryer' type rollockings because of the above mentioned mongs.
