Specialist Medical

After having my initial medical at my afco (Edinburgh)I was told I would have to go for a specialist medical at a hospital in peterbourough. Now im waiting on my local afco (Edinburgh) coming back to me with an appointment for this specialist medical down at a peterbourough. However it seems to be taking forever. I have phoned them about 4 times and they keep saying they will ring me as soon as they have an appointment for me. Does anyone Have any idea how long this sort of thing takes? Its becoming really frustrating!
