Oi d-mac aka numb nutts!!!
You try returning after a ruptured achillies!!!!!!!!! It aint easy.
Each person i see varies. I have people from wheel chair users, near elite runners to tri athletes. Thats what good Instructors do! Not just go for the pieces of ass in the gym!
And like i said ive been in the job long enough to vary my own aims and objectives. Try being a bit more mindful! I dont post on here to get insulted so in future keep your opinion to yourself! NOB!
ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY?

Hey guys,
Im in the process of joining the RAF, i havent done any test etc. What can i expect and what critism could you give me.
I am doing heavy fitness schedule at the moment, and was wondering the exact minimum requirements as i would like to impress the instructors.
Thanks
Kind Regards
