
First off have any of you ever have one of those work outs where everything you do seems to screw up?
Went off as usual today training and ever movement I did I seemed to feel a funny strain or not be able to get into a comfortable rhythm with...
narked me right off... my training is really getting to me at the moment seems like every time I get over a injury a new one appears.
Now I’ve shifted two chest infections, a bad back and doggy noise (kept bleeding 3-5 times a day!) my calves are messing me around! Every time I go out to run by the one mile mark the lower part of the calve and possibly my Achilles tightens right up and gives off a dull kind of pain. Stopping me from flexing it fully.
Going the doc tomorrow... anyone else experienced this sort of pain or any possible ideas as to what it may be?
I've never had any problems up until about two months ago... now its all going to pot!
I know in the grand scheme of things this is tiny... look at those lads who spend months on end in Hunter etc but I just needed some where to get it off my chest


Sadly it also looks like my bout of injuries has screwed up any homes of placing any where decent at the county this track season.
Any help or advice is very very much appreciated!
