Hi, I am hoping to join the Army as an Officer when I finish University.

I wanted to ask if the Criminal Record policy is the same for everyone - soldiers and officers and what the rules are at this time?

You would really have to the ask the AFCO with your own specific case. If it is something drugs related, or has involved custody then probably no chance, however the policy seems to be common sense. The only way you can know is to ask the AFCO, and never ever try to hide it. That would be considered far worse.
