misterpurple thats exactly the kind of response I expected from the Football side because you lot have nothing else to come up with. It's always the same.

Nice posts Sandy. Is that really you refing that bout then? Got a wee bit messy didn't it. Those punches were some bloody wild swinging ey?! Mind you, being caught by one of them wouldn't have felt great either.

It's not a sport or a martial art but it's got to be Krav Maga all the way for me at the moment.

Here's another one of my sports/self defence: Boxing.

Although he lost it mentally and it's a real shame to see such a fighter go to waste, not many people did better KO's than Mike Tyson. (I don't want to start a massive thing about boxing and whos better etc.)

I play Basketball alot, love it. Me and a mate of myne put together the first school team before we left . I'd hate to see it now .
