A mate vof mine has been through the mill lately and is feeling a bit down and traumatised. We had a laugh when he came to visit me in germany lately, had some good talks and i gave him that moral boost that good mates give each other. Anyway hes back in the UK now and i received a text the other night that said he was at home and feeling a bit down in the dumps, attatched was a 30 second piece of bagpipes music.
So i replied....
Im having a great time sitting next to the river with 2 young ladies having a barby and watching them frolic around in their bikinis.( see topic regarding england shirts). Gonna take em back to mine and try for a 3some after! heee ehhh.
.....just to let him know life goes on and to rub his nose in it in a joking waxy cos i was, like a good mate should, taking the piss.
Then i got this reply which i still laugh at, fantastic soldiers humour....
oh yeh. poor old tommy atkins ere. laid in a crater in no mans land,machine gund t f@#k, bollocks shot off, mustard gas just kickin in, n' in you jump with ya new found kraut pals n' stick in the bayonet. YOU c@#t !!!
i thought it was a peach anyway !!
