spider: "need", I don't know...

PFT scores on assessment weekend (end March/beg April) as follows (bearing in mind I'm female, OK?)

press-ups - 46
sit-ups - 60
run - 11:05

Not that the PFT is everything, but I was told my fitness at that point was 'good'. And the press-up and sit-up scores got me into the top ten of about 40, apparently.

Current challenge: dealing with hierarchy when I'm not at the top of it

Actually, in general I don't have a problem, but when remarks made by certain NCOs verge on bullying it tends to undermine the respect I would otherwise have for them, and given that I don't tend to be in my most zen-like frame of mind during weekends, this worries me slightly.

How do you define bullying anyway?

And I have a feeling that the fact I would almost rather die than let anyone see I'm suffering (legacy of childhood bullying) doesn't work in my favour.

Ho well.
Have embarked on a TA recruits' course... Four weekends down, two to go, but it ain't getting any easier!
