People say that some of the course is slightly uphill but I didn't notice it to be anything other than flat TBH.
Besides if some of it is uphill then some of it has to be downhill as you run the same route twice (out to a point and then back along the same route to the start).

i guess it depends on a persons idea of "uphill" and slightly steep.
when i failed my prmc a while back(before was run as group all the way) the course which i think same is pretty much completly flat to be honest.
p.s is the 1.5 back best effort thing allways on all PRMC courses or just some, sinse i been told by people who done PRMC recently it hasnt changed sinse i did it, ie run as group all the way, thus stick in group you pass fall back to far, get put on mini bus and fail.
