Anyone see it?
For me the bit that stood out was her visit to Argentina where she met the families who lost sons, fathers, husbands and uncles on the General Belgrano......Her last words to them were: You started the war. You Lost. We Won. And this was after all these whineing Cows tried to make out that it's sinking was an act of total inhumanity on the part of her mother and our country.
All I know is that once it was sunk the rest of the Argie Navies ships naffed of back to port sharpish and took no further part in the war. Thank God!

Yeah mate, I posted about it earlier.

She most definitely stood her ground when confronted and was absolutely right in doing so.

Gutsy Lady,
And she took no prisoners with terse, straight
and direct replies. No messing.
Swap her even if she is a journo any day for
for that lying shit Bliar. He presides over a
venal, arrogant and squalid administration.
Have told him so by fax on his office number.
Anyone wants it p.m. me. Probably my phones
are tapped but who cares.

Think the whole idea was a bit crass.Carol was hardly going to break down and cry was she ,And its not like the relatives would settle for anything less than she admiting her mum was satan and we are sorry here are the falklands and have the isle of wight as well.
Think who ever came up with the idea of her going to argentina needs a slap.

Crass - No.
Hope you noted the loyalty and thanks of the
islanders. 25th anniversary of what our lads
did in the South Atlantic which should be
commemorated. As to the war sadly it was the
result of poor intelligence. Lord Carrington, MC
Minister and former Grenadier resigned which is
unheard of nowadays. We sent the wrong signals
with the talk of scrapping HMS Endurance etc.
Finally when Wilson was PM Dr.David Owen sent a
nuclear sub down to deter a previous attempt and it worked.
