Fitness CD thing

I remember awhile back people trying to find the Royal Marines fitness CD-Rom and having no luck because they were all sold out. I'm sure it was a sticky somewhere but I couldnt find it on search

anyway I found one used to be called Fighting Fit with the Royal Marines but its now Get Fit with the Royal Marines.

Your still going to need hard work and determination of course, but I thought it might be of interest to some people

I recently got this off one of my college tutors, its good but it isnt great for training methods, it just shows you how the marines train. However, it does have some good videos of the endurance course, 30 miler, assualt course, 9 miler and all the other tests during training, quite interesting to watch.
