i ran it starting at 16.2 then every 2 mins knocked it up 0.2kph so by the end was at 16.8 then last 100 meters put it to 18-19 ish

Excellent time Mephis.

Do you find any major difference running on a treadmill to road running ? It's just that I really struggle to adapt to a treadmill but can run much quicker on roads/cross country.

Oh and good luck with the rest of the appliction process and especially with PRMC.

only i can push myself to a higher running speed and you can hurt your ankles running on the road to much as there is no give in tarmac. but all in all there both very good try to do a bit of both
