hello guys,

Apologies for not replying sooner my internet's been down, and cheers to wedge for answering some of the qezza's.

As for the ones that havnt been answered:

lodgi wrote:Just wondering what was you're 3 miler time before you went down darren? I've been training for about 3 months now, and my press ups (49 pb) sit ups (89 pb) and pull ups (6 pb) are coming along nicely now, but I'm still stuggling with my running. My best time is 23:18 for 3 miles and my best bleep test score was 10.1.

Did they do the speeding up bit in the middle of the 3 miler?

Lodgi and Bennie, my PB 3 miler was 21mins before i went, this was breathin out my rear by the end of it though and i personally found the 3 miler hard. At the end of the day the only way you'll improve you're 3 mile time, is by running the 3 miles, pushing you're self each time untill you can't run any faster, and of course have 'easy' days whe you just do mileage, but primaraly as the PTI said to us train for what you're doing which is 3 miler, push ups, sit ups and chin ups.
Our PTI sped up slightly, and you'll feel it more because by that point chances are your knackerd already, but it's not a 100m sprint he just ups the pace, just remember to never give in and give it you're all.

If you want to get up earlier, wash, shave and that are you allowed?.. say at like 5am, or 4:45.

Cheers mate. Well my AFCO didn't inform me that i had to take my certificates down to CTC with me, apparently it's a new thing their doing  it's not so much a test more of an assesment so don't worry to much. I think if you have D or less at GCSE you have to take it i.

11.4 mate

I reckon Dazza should get the Kings badge just for writing that diary, top stuff.

Dazza, it is a little unfair that we have not told any of the users waiting to attend PRMC about the little secret that waits them on the Thursday evening, you know what I mean, the insanely tender breast bone caused by the ridiculously placed rank Lapell and stupid button, the skin actually pelled off of my chest last week, insane!

Damn those ropes!. Me and Dazza were like two wimps during the CQC, begging each other not to go in hard with the take downs because we were so tender, Stupid buttons!
