Formal or Informal Interviews

Post by ScArBy06 »

Just found out yesterday that ive been invited for a Initial Recruiters interview, in the letter it quotes "The nature of the interview isFormal so please dress accordingly..." Ive read that this interview is actually a Informal interview, where just a nice shirt and tie would to the job and with completion of this interview, i will be invited back for a second interview (Senior Recruitors Interview) this is the Formal interview, where you are suppossed to dress smartly in a suit and tie job, looking the dogs bollocks.

is this right???

It's not going to get you marked down for looking too smart, the other way round however... You can always put your jacket over your arm so you're just wearing shirt and tie

Good luck with everything
