thought it was brill best 3 days of my life. The lads there where great, the course itself was hard but enjoyable at the same time. best part of it would hav to be the pti's just taking the piss out of every1.
failed the 3 miler only just tho by something like 15secs. everyone who had failed the run was ask if they wanted to return home knowing if they did would have to wait 6 months for a 2nd try. i thought feck that i'll continue. did ok in gym test 1 goto lvl10.5 on bleep test and 52 press ups , 62 sit ups and 5 pull ups. my hand slipped on 6th pull up. i would advise to anyone dry you're hand before doing ur pull ups.
The second day was the hardest. the assault course was brick as u where knackered from the warm up and always marking time when showed how to complete each station so couldn't get any bit of a rest between demonstrations. after that was the determination test which wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. gym test 2 was probably the one i found the hardest as ur pretty much fragged from all the previous phyz. the hardest stations i found was the one where u had to jump over three horses and the rolly pollys. was hard becoz u didn't get any rest it was constant for 3 mins, the sprints at the end was wot i found the hardest thing.
i was glad wen i found out from the sgt major that i could return in 3 months to have another shot at it, he gave me some training tips and where i need improving for next time

If you know where you went wrong then you'll definately pass next time mate, and it also gives you a chance to impress them again by improving your scores with the bleep test as well as your push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups!

All i can say to you, and im sure you know this: Use it as fuel!
You'll by flying on the next PRMC!
