Thats great to see 2 other MF'ers on the same date!

Training's going crap at the moment mate. I have done one run since my PRMC as I have been doing this specialist treatment to clear up my injury once and for all (and its working!). I am gonna start running and other phys beginning of next week though.

How's both your training going?

btw Oz, hehe yep...I gues sit will kinda be strange :) My mate who I originally passed PRMC with is now based in the FPGRM! time flies passed!

I aint doing too much either. One thing i would say though. Dont rock up having worse times and reps than on the PRMC. If you are getting same reps as PRMC you'll be grand. Obviously they are looking for you to be doin more but not many ever do manage alot more. Up the running to 4, or even 5 miles a couple of times a week. There is alot more to training than the physical  Cant wait :o

W@nk night shift security working with coffin dodgers is no more.

Doubtful mate. With people coming from all parts of the country and from further afield. Im coming from N.I. and i should be getting in to lympstone around 1530. Usually most of the lads would be there already. International recruits arrive the day before
