From what i remember the 1.5 mile route is not exactly flat all the way, a few little hills. But aslong as you get under 9.30 and from the scores that your at now you should'nt have any trouble. However the 1.5 Mile best effort isnt the be all and end all as you'l find out as training progresses. The fitness is hard in the first few weeks but it really goes up a level after week 6. Its mainly alot of bullshit in the first few weeks, expect to get fcuked around alot, lockers will get trashed, youl be getting thrashed in the corridor and youl be getting blanket punishment( 1 fcuks up you all fcuk up, result being you all get thrashed). However after week 6 the bullshit relaxes and the main emphasis is on fitness, getting you fit to pass p coy.
