fianlly passed out on the 10th with my orignal troop (912) by far the proudest moment of my life. The tests were hard but not as i expected, probably well for me i knew this was the last thing so i was buzzing from the start. We started with 53 and passed out with 23 of which 10 were there from day 1.
With luck i got my first choice of commando unit which was 40 commando based in Taunton. A few lads did not however and will be on there way to Scotland.
Just a quickie then, worst part of training probably weeks 1-15 in general they were crap. The best moments of training FFx 1 and FFx 2 these were a massive eye opener for me and gives you an idea of how hard it is to fight espically with all the kit we had to carry (noway near operational level) but still were bloody heavy.
As from the start a few chaps gave me some good advice from this forum so to them thanx and as for rest who aspire on joining or who are already in keep going and never give up like most do. We had some well alot of low points but plod on it gets better as the weeks go by. Thats my spill overwith (got to put my flashes and daggers on my shirts
