Last minute POC prep

I passed POC and I was a lot slower and unfitter than the others, but the fact that I didn't stop and never even considered giving up made me pass. I remember a lad did exactly the same as me accept he asked to VW on the endurance course, then changed his mind about 10 seconds later and continued, they failed him and passed me.

DON'T GIVE UP NO MATTER WHAT!

:D .....congrats guys....bloody well done on the hottest POC ever!

I dipped out on the fitness....and had no feedback from the staff other than being given a copy of the same fittnes regime proforma I have been following for the last nine months, and the comment 'apply again whenever I like!'.

I will be there again...never say die!

Can any of you guys give me any feedback/ I dont mind it being in public if it can help others?...or you can pm me if you prefer!

where did I go wrong...according to your observations? No generalisms please, tell me as it was.
