Has anyone else got a POC on these dates? 3-5th July 06

Passed both POC and AIB when I was 16 but am retaking for the chance to get a Bursary/Reserved Place on the YO batch 08.

Would be good to make contact before we get there!!

Sounds good. yeah, I'll probably do the same...

Shouldn't worry too much about it. As long as you are prepared it's all good fun. Muddy fun, but fun. Let's just make sure we all keep sharp and look after each other. Remember, at POC we are not competitors. Let's see how many we can get through the course. On my last POC we lost 5 on the RMFA (poor,poor preps) but none thereafter. Teamwork.

Are you at uni or school?

You should be up for it. Worried if you weren't. Don't believe all the horror stories though. It's hard, but the guys running the course want to pass you, not break you.

Alright lads, I'm on this POC. Well up for it now. Heading from Newcastle so let me know any plans if any of you decide to head down in a group. Keep training hard, remember, your body is a temple! haha!
