Does anyone know how to disable those auto "pop-up" adverts when surfing the web?

Many thanks

The best way is to use third party software.
If you visit http://www.downloads.com and search for:
AdDelete Free 2.1
AdFree 2.1.1
AdleFiltr 2.0
They are freeware programs that will block pop-up advertising banner etc.
Hope this helps.

Regards.
Jay.

Great piece of kit, over 167,000 have downloaded it according to the system counters, shows how many people can't abide the things. Good one Jay.
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.
