For a fishing trip to NZ. I'll bring you an HK and a Sig!
and if you supply the beer I'll throw in an A2 (they're crap anyway!)

Any cadet gp version of the sa80 will be well and truly hammered.

They are barley soldier proof, and definatley not cadet proof.

And teh chances of getting hold of a cadet gp is rare as rocking horse shite, unless you know someone who will "aquire" it for you.

Im in lancashire, and we about 8 of them for 33 detachments.

And they wont give us any more.

The slr sounds like a good option.

Suggest the Lancs HQ spend more time training on the MK1 keyboard before letting loose cadets on Barley soldier-proof weapons.

Have been considering the 'Good Time Suzy' inflatable doll, doesn't complain as much as the real thing and is easier to look after!

Not terribly interested in a magazine for one either, an airfare seems a bit pricey, that makes it $1900 for a magazine! I'd have me a mint SLR for that money and a few rounds to play with.

And yes I imagine when I sign up I'll get a nifty SA80A2 to enjoy after a while. Importing guns has just got more complicated now too, the Christchurch importer Gun City has a management problem. That is to say whilst showing some mates an AK47 on an improvised range in the car park (it's illegal here to fire a gun in a built up area, let alone the middle of blimmin town), they shot the windows out of several passing cars! Not a good idea at all, especially when the Armed Offenders Squad had to cordon off half of town. As a result importig guns is a bit difficult until I can find another importer.

Ah well, might even go back to the Lee Enfield .303, old but reliable and a lot of fun.

Give a man a gun, he'll be giving away the bullets
