Hey guys i was onthat prmc too. I was the rejoin with the skinhead. Canuck I met. Which one were you Braywick?

Anyone got any idea how soon they want to get in?

For Sandaz a good tip I got from the Marine at AFCO is too test yourself on the 3 mile run and maximum scores at the start of the week. Do the timed run first then do max pressups max situps and max pullups with a 2 minutes gap between each. That way you start the week knowing how your fitness has progressed and can set targets accordingly.

Well done all those who passed

If its me your asking to post scores then here you go:

3miler pass
bleep test 12.7
pressups 52
situps 77
pullups 6
assault course 2.57

you can only get a pass on the 3 mile run now its squadded. We actually came in at 22.31 seconds so technically we ALL failed :D

Congrats guys, Long time since I've been on here. I have a foot infection at the min which might take a while to clear up but im aiming to apply just after the summer.
It's better to be tried in court by 12 men than to be carried in a box by 6.

My scores were as follows:

Bleep - 11.1
Pressups - 57
Situps - 78
Pullups - 4
Assault Course - 3.39

You don't really need to hit level 11 on the bleep test to pass, it just depends what your other scores are.

On my recruitment test the guy told me and this other kid that one of us got less then 15 marks on the mechanical section so that means we cant pass PRMC unless we get to level 11 on the bleep test. Still don’t know if it was me or him.
