Lew and myself have decided that a thread containing all the most commonly answered questions would be a pretty useful thing here. So far we've come up with a few general topics, however, we're sure there's more things that can be covered, so that's what this thread is for. Ask any questions that you feel may have been asked in the past, or may be asked in the future. Also, feel free to provide an answer to a question, providing it's not a steaming turd and uses understandable English.

I should have mentioned this originally. So far we've decided that answers regarding the following questions would be useful.
How do I do pressups?
How do I get rid of shin splints?
What happens at <whichever part of the Application Process>?

I understand that it's not hard to find the answers to some of the questions, but clicking the Search link is a bit of a challenge for some people.
"I've got x injury can I do z?"
Where can I get the Bleep Test?
History, etc.

Questions for the FAQ thread.
Yep that’s right, any questions you have type here and we will endeavor to find the answers. Or use the dreaded search facility.
The thread should be up within 48 hours or so weather permitting of course, when it is would one of the mods be able to lock it for us so only we (mods myself or Ashley post on it) that way it doesn’t get ran away with by stupid questions about socks and the use of laces in boots etc, that’s what this thread is for, to sift through the crap and get to the good stuff.
I will be searching through the "search" archive and pulling up some useful old threads that can be read through to gain valuable info.
Until then challenge us, I dare you, go on.
