Hi people, Justed passed the pjft. Little bit disappointed, the running machine only went up to 16, so i only got 9.35. Still made up, just the big 1 now Also, is it just me, or are Those instructors full of themselves. The whole way through the run he was telling me how much training he does and how much he can lift. Carn't wait to do the PRMC, carn't be long now.

when i did mine a fair whack back, the silly cow set the machine to mph instead of kph. there was me, pegging it

"this......huffhuffhuuffgrrrrrrh.....sure....hhffhhfhfffurrghh.....is.........urrrrhffhfhf......fast"

at 14mph (thinking it was 14kph). She only piped up after about 3 minutes about her mistake

came in 9.12 i thin

well done mate same thing happened with me last month put it to sixteen straight off, 2 minutes from end went to put it up higher and it wouldn't go. bit annoyed also, don't mind though i'll show what i can really do when i get down there
