42,
So if it wasn't DelD you were referring to, then it must have been me you were referring to.

If you would care to actually read what I wrote, I said................
My opinion, from reading your posts, is that you are not the type of person that the Int Corps looks for.
And then...............
so far, from what she has written, Proud Salopian is not what my Corps looks for.
Neither of these statements are judging Proud Salopian as a person.
It is my opinion, based on my experiences of being in one of the Corps that she is enquiring about.
But seeing as that seems to upset your sensitivities, well I won't bother saying any more on the subject or any other for that matter. To be honest, I've got far more important things to be doing with my life than having to defend myself for something I wrote on some internet Forum.

I sincerely hope Proud Salopian goes and passes all the tests and is successful in joining my Corps, but I don't see the point in massaging peoples egos and giving them false hopes and only writing what they hope to read.

I have a mate in the Int Corps and I believe it's quite difficult to get into? I consider him a clever, on the ball type, but even he states how hard training/courses are.

Not much help, just an opinion
