whos going up to catterick on sunday the 10th. only got a week left to go.
what is everyones fitness like (1.5 mile, chin-ups, press-ups etc..)?

im coming up on the train, it gets to Darlington at 1231. im gonna go up in shirt/tie.

Wasn't thinking of wearing a shirt and tie, just smart casual.

Anyway i have just about got all my kit ready, I just have to get myself some washing powder and i'm rockin'. Probably be a bit nervous on Sunday but thats normal i guess, i'll just try not to get injured and give it my 100%.

See you up here lads - even thou you wont see this message for about 6 weeks. Dont need a shirt and tie mind, just make sure you have a shirt with color, and a pair of shoes (worn with jeans), in order to be able to book in and out of the guard room. You'll be issued with military/para style tracksuit clothing upon imediate arrival anyhow. Good Luck! Enjoy the nice warm weather were having up here at the moment (sarcasm, obviously)
