all adult instructors get only £45 a day for each days training , weekend and annual camps , other times AIs attend cadet nights twice a week for no pay and also had to prepare lesson plans in their own time.

it can be rewarding but i do think the pay issue need sorting out

im surprised, i do know McDonald managers get shite pay compared to my current job , for which i get £6.50 an hour (Royal Mail)
the ACF pay is a supplement nothing more and its more of a hobby and it give me a chance to stay in green.

Dean would have to decide ACF (get in green) and take another job keep the girlfriend or go for provost corp maybe still keep the girlfriend or go full time soldier and possibly lose the girlfriend at the end of the day if the girlfriend isn't up to it then it probably better they finish now than later so he can find a more suitable girlfriend in the Army

I work for an international hotel chain. I am supposed to be on more, but my payrise still hasn't gone through (2 payslips after my promotion...)
I'm SUPPOSED to be on £16k, which is still crap but not as bad. I wouldn't eve mind so much but the guy who's supposed to be my assistant night manager is a useless nobber.

have you got an effective union ? if not then you may have to go threaten to go to tribunal just to get your pay rise.

BTW the ACF pay is limited up 28 days after that have to be authorised by the Company commander or CEO so we are not quite rolling in it.

You would think, as the hospitality industry is the largest employer in the country, that there would be a union. I think we have to join the boiler-workers' union or something stupid!

I`m on 35k but work over 70 hours a week, try that and find time to train and see your girlfriend. Saying that, at least 4 of my 70 hours are spent on here
