Training Partner Required

Post by gunjakx »

Just finished Uni and i'm currently training for next years intake for the POC, just woundering if anyone was from the Catterick area in North Yorkshire and needs a training partner for those long endurance runs. I'm finding it tough to keep motivated on my own. :-?

If interested give me a shout

We should see how many people we can get from the North East and see if we can do some runs together. You never know, we might be able to form our own militia and be tougher than the marines
Seriously though, everyone from the NE stick your name down and we can see what happens...........

training

Hey guys just read this, just an idea but try asking at your local careers office
I did and I go running with the royals corporal there, most of the afco staff take time out of there day to train anyway and will be glad of the company. They can also point out any strenghts/weakness you may have.

Like I said just an idea but It worked for me.

As for the militia idea, I think im gonna have to look into forming a southern rivallry!!!

"Dark, handsome male about 5' 9", looking for training partner, Possibly more."
Haha, errrr..... sorry. If anyone is willing to train with someone of low fitness then i'd be happy to 'team up' as it were. Whoever suggested some group training is onto something. Maybe we should work on that.

cheers 'Mick'
