It well could be, the Government is looking to cut another 5 Regiments and have slowed recruiting to a trickle, so there could be a back log of men waiting to join.

I know that the RAF Regt are screaming for blokes at the moment, though virtually every other trade in the RAF has been put on hold

Ask Gary Amsterdam. He starts training this month, he applied last winter, I think. He's going for Artillery. I'm going for Artillery as well, I applied in May and I haven't been given a date for selection yet. I've done my BARB and had my 1st interview.

All these question have been answered on page 2 of the Sunday Telegraph 11 July 2004. I have put some of the cuts on on another section
of this site.

I'm worried at the moment because my doctor has lost my medical notes :o As well as all this about cuts in the military. One thing I won't do is give up. I want it so bad, that if i won the lottery I'd still join. It's not about money, and it's not because I can't get a job on civvy street. It's all I want to do.
