I tended to find when I had taught my students correctly they learnt the lesson and endeavoured to do it right.
And lesson plans are an invaluable means of passing on the lessons to the next generation of instructors when you move on... don't knock it I say!!!

You can not out think Det-Cord!!!
If you'd actually been on some courses and been qualified for the rank you say you have, then you wouldn't need the manual (which is updated every year FYI). Ppl are just responding to the fact that you seem to be just another stereotypical lazy cadet NCO with no clue about anything.

sleevles: if you were a qualified instructor you would have the relevant l.p's, if you arnt an instr in that discipline, what the f*ck are you doing teaching it? people become instructors so that things are taught correctly
