Teaching

Post by Big Boys Rules »
i never use them but i have to have them to teach NCO cadre. Gotta teach em right before they can do it wrong you know
I tended to find when I had taught my students correctly they learnt the lesson and endeavoured to do it right.

And lesson plans are an invaluable means of passing on the lessons to the next generation of instructors when you move on... don't knock it I say!!!

If you'd actually been on some courses and been qualified for the rank you say you have, then you wouldn't need the manual (which is updated every year FYI). Ppl are just responding to the fact that you seem to be just another stereotypical lazy cadet NCO with no clue about anything.

L.P's

Post by The Inniskilling Dragoon »

sleevles: if you were a qualified instructor you would have the relevant l.p's, if you arnt an instr in that discipline, what the f*ck are you doing teaching it? people become instructors so that things are taught correctly
As for teaching/ lecturing about HIV, do you not think you are out of your depth? everyone else who has posted replies on this thread appear to agree
