Short answer...............no.

You need a good wad of cash though.

a lot of cash eh? oh I know that I made a typo so dont bother making fun of it. i will correct it now... officer there i only forgot one F. has any one had anything to do with the HHC?

In what way? I've worked with quite a few of them over the years.

Hazzalenco,

I had some contact with HCR almost 3 years ago. I came over and visited Combermere Barracks 12 Sept. 2001. I was fortunate enough to have had lunch at Hyde Park Barracks the following day with Silver Stick in-waiting and the Regimental Adjutant. Unfortunately, my Crohn's disease made me medically ineligible. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with the Regiment and found all to be most hospitable and informative.

I believe that as an officer in the Regiment you are required to attend various functions, etc. at your own expense. As these engagements can be quite elaborate, the financial cost can be significant. Furthermore, we all know what accomodation in London costs...
