Just out of interest - im noticing that some of these excersises are not listed within the green bibie - im kind of assuming that they may or should not be mentioned within these forums ?!?!? Am i correct or just being paranoid or wot not ? If so - why aint they in the green bible :D

Your paranoid.

The Exercise names may change, but the format and sylabus of the excercise remains pretty much the same (changes will come into the excercise as and when changes to the sylabus are required).

An example of this was the first exercise formally known as Tenderfoot and now known as First step.

It's not that the exercises aren't mentioned, they all are, just that when you're in training you tend to call them by what you do in them i.e. the exercise where you dig trenchs is called Dig-ex, the exercise where you do the survival training is called survival ex etc. There's no conspiracy. :D
