Evening All, just back for the long weekend. Week 22 when i get back sunday. Bottom field pass out on monday THREADERS!! then straight on to Dig Ex on the thursday. Nearly there just 8 more weeks, Have a run through on the endurance corse on week 23 cant wait to be fair.

Just out of interest - im noticing that some of these excersises are not listed within the green bibie - im kind of assuming that they may or should not be mentioned within these forums ?!?!? Am i correct or just being paranoid or wot not ? If so - why aint they in the green bible

The Exercise names may change, but the format and sylabus of the excercise remains pretty much the same (changes will come into the excercise as and when changes to the sylabus are required).
An example of this was the first exercise formally known as Tenderfoot and now known as First step.
