GL Bennett, and enjoy yourself on hollidays. Get pissed and get laid, the week before i'd do some controlled overtraining so you'll have all your holliday to recover and you won't loose much fitness. Taking a break in training is NEVER bad, so long as it ain't every second week, good for ya physcially and mentally.

Pongo > Pong > Smell

RM don't think much of the armies "hygiene", so they call em Pongos. :P

Hey guys having recently had my dream of earning a green lid put on hold by the CPMO (matlo doctor!), at week 20 of trainning I decided that after reading this thread; that instead of mulling arond the house feeling sorry for myself I would try to help you guys ! Although no longer in training my troop are at week 24 and I still keep in daily contact with my old oppos so any questions I cant answer I will endevaour to find out .
