Just thought I'd bring this back to the surface as it's only a week away...not seen anyone else on here going down at the same time, but might as well ask again...anyone else going down on the 19th??
Feeling quietly confident, I reckon I'm at a reasonable standard to pass:
40 press-ups
60 sit-up (in 2 mins)
8 pull-ups (max is 6 though, isn't it??)
sub 19 mins 3 miler
I know I can achieve the scores, so it's just head down and keep going til the end. One more phys session tomorrow, then wait out til Monday...

On personal experience I'm reckoning 5 days rest beforehand. See you there Jimmy, I'm the fairly short young-looking 19 year-old, name of Chris (though that won't mean much once we're there), got a weird accent (apparently sound a bit foreign, Australian-like, but that's according to these odd southern fairies...)
Youngsters.
Everyone seems so young here!! Im thinking of joining the RMR and im 24, is this unusual? Will I be the old man?
Blimey!
Blimey!
"Say goodnight to Uncle Chop"
I'm 24 as well. I wouldn't worry about it, life experience counts for a lot in the marines.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming... 'F*ck, what a trip!'
