Or if you can't be bothered
It is a shuttle run that gets progressively harder. The score is measured as how many runs you do.
You might have done one and not realised what it is.
But as he said, use the search for a more detailed answer.

'11 - 1point
11.5 - 2
12 - 3
12.5 - 4
13 - 6 '

i think it was scored like this...

9-10 is 1 point
10-11 is 2 points
11-12 is 3 points
12-13 is 4 points
13-13.5 is 5 points
13.5 + is 6 points

Because i got 11.2 on the bleep and got 3 points for it.

I never knew there wasa scoring system. i think i got 11.5 or something around that i was too knackered to even remember that.

Their is a score system, but it is completly different to what you are quoting.

I have a copy of the scoring system sheet, but as a PTI it would be unfair for me to give you an idea of the scoring system (might stop you from doing your maximum effort and only what you feel you need to achieve).

Your score for the shuttle runs on the bleep test, as your score for sit-ups, press ups and pull ups all combine to your total score (assuming you do the rmfa test and not the USMC, the PTI on the day will chosse which to use).

The diffrence between the two test's-

RMFA-

Shuttle runs (20mtr course)
Sit-ups
Press-ups
Pull-ups

All exercise's performed to bleep's

USMC-

Shuttle run's or 1.5 mile run (15min's as a group and indavidual best effort- 3mile total)
Press-up's (maximum you can do)
Sit-ups (most you can do in 2min's)
Pull-ups (maximum you can do to full arm length)

The USMC can be changed and tweaked as required by the PTI

Ain't no finer PTI's than those from the one and only Branch of God's!

Oh, and your score for the RMFA- 189. As a guide, all marines in a commando unit are required to achieve 325+. Gives you an idea of how much fitter you would be after 32 weeks!
