Fevernova, what were your stats before attending? How much running/sprinting were you doing?

Dont worry Fevernova. You have the experience under your belt now though.

Congratulations to Tom B and Daytripper

Has anyone actually read El Prez post about using capital letters and punctuation?

Simon, you had a telly!! Blimey you're lucky. The hot water didn't always work for us either. Top tip: dont clean boots in the shower room, it blocks the drain...

Hi guys just back from PRMC. Its DAYWALKER not daytripper! Well me and Tom passed. 13 passed in total. It was the hardest thing i've done. as everyone says before all you need to do PREPARE, you cannot underestimate PRMC in any way it will push you beyond what you think your limits are!

Unlucky Fevernova, just work hard and try again, a couple of the second timers and the guy who got to week 15 before said we had a very hard time on Bottom field compared to their previous PRMC's.

Gonna Get some sleep now as 3 days feels like 2 weeks when you're down at Lympstone!

just to let everyone know i was the one that came off bottom field with fevernova.hes right lads its all sprinting and knees 2 chest. i had a chest infection starting when i arrived but cracked on anyway, i done allrite in pressups done 58 but 9 where taken by the dickhead corparal because he said my back wasnt straight etc,6 pull ups and 75 situps but i made a mess of the bleep test, the corparal was giving me a warning and i stoped at level 8/9 cause i thought i was out.when i realised i wasnt it was 2 late 2 reach the bleep.apart from the bleep test gym test 1 is ok but in saying that i could max the pressups, situps and pull ups before going away but couldnt on the day.its totally different and nerves dont help.im deff heading back in 5 or 6 months and this time i'll deff b ready.

my advice for prmc is train as hard as u can as much as possible.get the hold of a bleep test,u can buy it in sport shops or off the net and do plenty of long distance running and sprinting the increase stamina because u nd alot of it 4 bottom field warm up.most of all dont let the corparals get 2 u, they shout constanly and are extremely rude but just ignore them, u'll b that delerious in bottom field u wont really know whats going on anyway haha. chris N.
