PRMC KIT

Post by daywalker »

I know this subject has been posted before, and i have done a search but it didn't answer my question!

On my Pre PRMC i was given 2 kit lists as below

Kit List 1
Notebook, pen and pencil
2/3 towels
Plenty of socks & underwear
small quantity of washing powder
Steam Iron!!!!
Rig for meals is smart casual.
Knife ,fork,spoon and mug.

Kit List 2
Bath Towel x 2
Toilet gear, including soap, nail brush, shaving gear, hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Sports clothing or track suits, shorts, running shoes for PT
Swimming Trunks
Black shoe polish and brushes
Two pairs of thick socks
Civilian clothing for travelling and for 'clean' periods of the course.
Enough cash for sundries (£25 is usually sufficient).

So which list is most relevant. I think i will take everything, so a mixture of both lists.
Do you really need to take a steam iron??

Any other kit that anyone who has recently had their PRMC can think of?

Cheers for help guys & gals.

Didn't think i'd need a steam iron but always best to ask.

I am going to take my own Cutlery after reading Gippers diary.
