Bit of help with my trains to PRMC

Post by faddius »

Got my PRMC on Tuesday and have my plane and train warrant. Thing is they recommended taking the air/rail coach link from Heathrow to Reading and then the train to Exeter and another to Lympstone. As far as I remember there is only a tube station at Heathrow. I presume therefore that there is a coach service from Heathrow to Reading train station?

Secondly how do i use my Warrant. Do I go to British Rail office and swap the warrant for the tickets?

Any advice / help would be appreciated.

You answered you're own question:
the air/rail coach link from Heathrow to Reading
Note the word 'coach,' as in it is a coach link between air and rail, ie. from Heathrow to Reading. When you land just follow the signs for Coaches IIRC. You could try looking on the BAA webby, might have details.

Thanks for the help. Yes I have my plane ticket already.

In Eire at the moment so will have to wing it tomorrow morning with the train times and warrant.

Best of luck to the other lads on tomorrow too, see you there!

It's all very exciting you know. :o
