Whilst in the Royal marines how easy is it to get the time off to learn to ride a motorbike / drive a car and take the test.
I cant say for the Marines but I know that in the Navy you cant get the Mob to organise it unless its part of your PQ number or a requirement of your job(except during Fresco), though alot of the lads on my ship have had mornings and afternoons of for tests, if theres not alot of work on. Also alot of matloes are driving instructors and give cheap lessons in the evenings, really your best asking around. Hope this is helpful.
You mean you want me to to polish the flat again Chief, or no make and mend.....oh man.

You are as an ordinary serviceman or woman entitled to a certain amount of money each year for education: ie bettering yourself.
This is claimed by going to see the schoolie. Ask him what the score is and then get yourself organised re lessons..... and Black Rat will back me.... from a proffesional.
The driving schools will come out to camp etc and sort you out.
I did my PSV in this way.
