Guess not. I shouldn't have said that really, probably bad luck.Thats no excuse![]()
So if you spot a guy on crutches and in bad need of a haircut that's me
Anyway it'll be easy to spot guys from the forum, we'll probably be some of the few that know what were doing.

ELBOWS TUCKED IN PRESS UP
Keep your hands facing forward with your wrists underneath your shoulders.
Lower yourself down towards the floor in a smooth controlled manor, ideally 2 inches away from the floor, however work within your limits.
Avoid letting the elbows come away from your sides, as this is a good exercise for the triceps.
Arching of the spine and forcing your bottom into the air should be avoided.

I've been told by a mate who has just done his PRMC, that your oppo does not put his fist under your chest, he just makes sure your chest hits the FLOOR. That is how the press-up conuts.
Plus the 3-mile run in now run BFT style, first mile and half squadded then individual effort.
Good luck everyone who is attending on this date, including me.
