Regimental sponsorship interview

Post by kwew »

I've looked through the site and im unable to find anything to help me and i can understand if some of you lads dont wish to help and are of the opinion that i should find out myself and take it as it comes but if any of you are willing to help i would like to know.
What do you do on the interview day?
What type of questions do they ask?
How long does it all last?

any help will be most appreciated

kwew mate what regiment are you joining ?

I don't know what the they would ask myself, I guess questions and history about the regiment you have chosen. Maybe WHY you want to join the army, WHY join this regiment, WHAT do you think you will get out of the army that kind of stuff.

I know it's not probably what you want to hear mate but that's the best I can do. :-?

Now about this chocolate or caramelised banana.

Is this a regimental interview after you've preliminary applied from the AFCO? I had my regimental interview with the Anglians in August, I didn't prepare, I was stupid, made me feel a bit of a tit. But to be fair it was a pretty easy interview and they offered me sponsorhip straight away. They asked me questions like:

What's your current affairs knowledge like? + random questions
Why do you want to join the army?
What interests and hobbies do you have?
Are you physically fit?
Why this regiment?
What do you know about this regiment?
etc.etc.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ADVICE FOR RCB BRIEFING, COS IM crapping myself!
