Asthma & Military

My younger brother has just done his A Levels and has his heart set on joining the military.

Unfortunatley he can't join my mob as he is has Asthma.



It is not severe but does require an inhaler sometimes. I know that he can join the British Army but does anyone know a force he can join as this is something that he really has his heart set on. He doesn't care who they are he just wants to soldier.

Try a search, (top left corner of screen) there was some discussion about Asthma in the joining section of the Army forum recently.

You need to be 100% fit to be in the forces, now what happens if he losses
his inhaler or it runs out, do they have to bring in another by helicopter for him.
